I love tech of all kinds. Be it printers, phones, computers, routers, tvs, or anything with 'Smart' tact onto it. I find it all fascinating and fun to mess with. In my free time I manage a media server for my friends and family constantly trying to make it run better and faster. I have spent the past several years tinkering with all kinds of tech.
That brings me to this, Acriat Services. Don't let the name fool you, this isn't a company. This is simply me trying to give back and use my talents to help others in their goals.

A Helping Hand
My main goal here is to help organizations that don't need to be spending their time worrying about technical difficulties. That doesn't mean I will completely ignore individuals with tech issues, they'll just be moved to the bottom of the list.
Part Time
I am not doing this for money so I still have to make money else where.
With my current job I have 1 week at a time off, so if your issues take some time to fix I'll be able to fix it.
If the issues you are having require immediate attention I will be able to direct you to the cheapest competent company. Though if I am on my off week I will instead help you to the best of my ability.
If there is a reason I cannot help you with your issues, I will use my knowledge to point you in the right direction. That way you don't have to deal with these issues blind and worry about being lied to.

I am not going to try to fix your issue over the phone unless it's an actual quick fix.
I service the Lubbock area and try to get a grasp of the situation in person, because the more I know about what you are using and how you are using it. The easier it will be for me to help get the issues resolved so that you can forget about it and get back to what matters.
